About Connie Settle
As a real estate professional, Connie takes great joy in fulfilling her clients’ dreams. She understands the importance of clear communication, thorough research and the keen negotiation skills needed to achieve the best possible outcome in any real estate transaction.Whether working face-to-face or long-distance, Connie always puts her clients’ best interests first. Prior to her real estate career, Connie was a Director of IT in the hospitality software industry. Through her large-scale implementation projects, she was highly regarded for her problem-solving skills, communication, and excellent training. Her career evolved through sales and contract management, where the goal was to always exceed expectations.
Connie is a native Oregonian. Growing up in the Portland area, Central Oregon was always a favorite destination and her family’s second home. In 2006, they decided to make Bend their primary home. In her free time she enjoys skiing, volunteering with a collection of animal welfare organizations, and spending time with her family and friends. She now enjoys home in beautiful Tumalo with her family, horses, and dogs.
